About Your User Account

You will need a user account to access the Osiọbe app.
Creating Your User Account
After downloading the app, you will first need to declare your Date of Birth to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Afterward, you will be required to provide the following information to create a User Account:
- Date of Birth
- Username
- Email address
- Phone number
- Password
We do not sell any of this information. All of this information is used only to facilitate your user experience on the app.
- Your Date of Birth is required to verify that you are 18 or older since the app includes content intended for mature audiences only.
- Your username acts as your unique identifier on the app.
- Your email address is used only to send you important information regarding your account activity, including but not limited to receipts for your in-app purchases. We do not verify your email address; it is entirely up to you to provide a valid email address and keep it current.
- Your phone number is verified in an attempt to reduce spam accounts by tying each account to one unique phone number. You will only be allowed to change your phone number once in 180 days.
- Your password only functions to secure your user account.
Closing Your User Account
You can easily close your user account directly from the app by going to Options > Account > Close Account and following the prompts. Closing your user account will immediately and irretrievably delete all rewards, purchases, messages, content, information, etc. associated with said account. No refunds will be issued for closing your account.
